Carlin Consumer Health (Carlin) recently acquired PENETREX (Penetrex), a joint and muscle care consumer brand, from Wellbeam Consumer Health. The acquisition was represented by Sidley, a leading global law firm with expertise in various practice areas. As part of the transaction, Penetrex will now be integrated into the Carlin Consumer Health portfolio as a brand.
