A Magical Debut for Valencia CF Goalkeeper Cristian Rivero: Fulfilling a Lifelong Dream at the Mestalla

Cristian Rivero debuts in LALIGA EA SPORTS with Valencia CF

Valencia CF player Cristian Rivero recently made his dream come true by debuting with the Valencia CF team in LALIGA at the Mestalla and even had the honor of wearing the captain’s armband. The goalkeeper, originally from Gandía, joined the VCF Academy at the age of 10 and played his first official match with the first team on December 16, 2020 against Terrassa CF in a Copa del Rey game.

Rivero had previously won the 2019 Cup with the Valencianista goalkeeper. In an interview with VCF Media following the match against Deportivo Alavés in LALIGA EA Sports 23-24, Rivero expressed his pride and joy in fulfilling his dream. He stated, “I work hard to be prepared and give my best whenever I get the chance. Unfortunately, Jaume got injured, but I am thrilled to have played in front of our fans. It was a lifelong dream come true for me to wear the captain’s armband.”
