In a strategic move to enhance its life sciences presence in key locations, Mintz Levin has welcomed Siegmund “Sige” Gutman to their team in Los Angeles. Gutman, previously the chair of Proskauer Rose’s life science patent practice, will be taking on the roles of chair of life sciences litigation and co-chair of the firm’s patent litigation group.
This two-partner, 10-attorney addition will strengthen Mintz Levin’s capabilities in the life sciences sector. The firm has announced that Gutman will be partnering with member David Hanna and a team of eight other attorneys across their offices in Los Angeles, Boston, and New York.
