Culinary Achievement: France Bakes World’s Longest Baguette in Suresnes

French bakers successfully bring home world’s longest baguette, setting a new record

The Paris suburb of Suresnes, France recently set a new Guinness World Record for baking the longest baguette at 461 feet. The team of chefs broke the previous record held by Italian bakers in Cuomo.

To have a record verified and recognized by the organization, individuals or groups must apply for the attempt to be reviewed. Evidence of the attempt must be submitted for review, and applicants have the option to have an adjudicator present during the attempt. Achieving a Guinness World Record requires careful planning, execution, and evidence to support the record-breaking feat.

The bakers in France were thrilled to have beaten the previous record and achieved the title of baking the world’s longest baguette. The new record-breaking baguette was served to the public after being approved by the Guinness World Records judge.
